Winter 2026/27: Tignes skiing is scheduled to open progressively from 21 November 2026, the Tignes–Val d’Isère link from 28 November, and the season to run until 2 May 2027. Open lifts and sectors depend on conditions. Check official opening details when comparing early or late dates.
Compare Tignes accommodation areas
An offer labelled “Tignes” could mean any of five bases, from Val Claret at 2,150 m to Les Brévières at 1,550 m. The exact property, transfer stop and slope access matter as much as the headline price.
Val Claret is a lively upper-resort base, so compare hotels and apartments close to the lifts with those farther from the snow front. A convenient location may be worth more to groups planning early starts and evenings out.
Le Lac is the central resort base, with shops and services nearby. Compare the actual distance to lifts, ski-school meeting points and facilities, especially if booking for a family.
Lavachet offers a quieter setting close to the higher Tignes bases. Compare the savings on apartments against the walk, lift location and any shuttle journey your party will use each day.
Tignes 1800 is a family-oriented village with its own beginner facilities and lift access. Compare family-sized properties on the same board basis and check lesson locations and included ski extras.
Les Brévières is the lowest and most traditional Tignes base. Its chalet-style accommodation can suit a different holiday style, but check the route to the upper ski area and whether your transfer stops here.
