Bookings are made with the travel provider
Find Cheap Ski Holidays is a research and comparison website. If you book a holiday or travel service, the contract and payment are handled on the provider's own website.
Research before booking

Providers take bookings
Prices, availability, payment and fulfilment are controlled by the company you book with.
User content must be genuine
Reviews, comments and replies must follow our content rules and must not be false, misleading, abusive or unlawful.

By using the website, creating an account, posting a comment or reply, submitting a review or otherwise submitting content, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
Research third-party holiday options
You may use our comparison content and outbound links to investigate holidays and travel services offered by other companies.
Create an account and join the discussion
Where registration is available, you may create an account to submit reviews, comments and replies in accordance with the account, moderation and content rules below.
Send us legitimate enquiries
You may use our contact features for genuine questions or requests. Do not use forms to send spam, malware, passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Information, guides & editorial content
Travel information changes, so check important details before you book.
Facts can change over time; ratings, verdicts and value assessments are editorial judgement.
We publish resort guides, resort reviews, ski-company reviews, rankings, travel information and comparison content. We research and update our pages, but we cannot guarantee that every detail will always be complete or current.
Prices, availability, transport, baggage rules, lift-pass prices, ski-area operations, opening dates, snow conditions, provider inclusions, booking policies and financial-protection details can change. Check important details with the relevant provider, resort or responsible organisation before booking.
Editorial ratings and verdicts reflect the methodology and reasoning shown on the relevant review pages and in How We Research. Resort reviews and ski-company reviews use different scoring systems because they assess different things.
Our editorial scores are opinions, not guarantees of a particular holiday experience or booking outcome. Customer-review ratings are separate from our editorial scores and are not averaged into them.
Our content is general travel information. It does not replace current government travel advice, insurance advice, medical advice, avalanche or mountain-safety information, or instructions from local authorities and resort operators.
Skiing and mountain travel involve changing conditions.
Weather, snow, lift operations, piste openings, travel disruption and local safety restrictions can change quickly. Always follow current local instructions and make decisions appropriate to your own ability and circumstances.
4. Bookings & third-party providers
The travel provider sells and fulfils the holiday.
Find Cheap Ski Holidays does not take payment or become the seller of the third-party holiday or travel service.
Our role
We publish research, editorial content and links that help you compare ski-holiday options.
The provider's role
The company you book with confirms the price and availability, takes payment, collects the booking details it needs and supplies the service under its own terms.
How publication and moderation work
We aim to publish genuine, relevant and lawful customer reviews without unreasonable delay, subject to the checks reasonably needed to protect the integrity of the review system. Positive and negative reviews are subject to the same rules. We may delay, reject, label or remove content where reasonably necessary to prevent or remove fake reviews, concealed incentivised reviews, misleading review information, unlawful content, spam or other material that breaches these terms.
When you complete a booking on a third-party website, your contract is with the provider named during that booking process. Its cancellation, amendment, refund, payment and other booking terms apply.
Questions about an existing booking should normally be directed to the company that accepted it.
If information on our site differs from the provider's current information, check the provider's price, availability, inclusions and terms before completing the purchase.
External websites are controlled by their own operators. Their availability, privacy practices, content and booking systems are outside our control.
5. Affiliate relationships
Some links can earn us commission.
Commercial relationships are kept separate from editorial scoring and rankings.
Some outbound links are affiliate or referral links. If you follow one and make a qualifying booking or purchase, the provider or affiliate network may pay us a commission.
We do not add a separate booking fee because you arrived through an affiliate link.
Affiliate relationships do not increase resort scores, improve ski-company category scores, change category weights, improve review verdicts or move a provider up an editorial ranking.

6. Accounts, comments & replies
Your account lets you participate while keeping your email address private.
Registration and login are provided through our WordPress website. Where enabled, signed-in users can submit reviews, leave comments and reply to other comments.
What other visitors can see
The username you choose is displayed publicly alongside content you publish, including reviews, comments and replies.
Your email address is not displayed publicly on the website.
Your login details
Keep your login credentials confidential and do not deliberately allow another person to misuse your account.
We do not have access to your password in readable form. If you forget it, use the password-reset process rather than sending your password to us.
- Provide information that is accurate enough for the account feature to work and do not impersonate another person or organisation.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, security controls, rate limits, reCAPTCHA, moderation or other protective measures.
- Tell us through the Contact page if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
- We may suspend, restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the site, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with legal obligations.
Comments and replies are moderated before publication.
Where comments and replies are available, you may submit them while signed in. They are not guaranteed to appear immediately and are published only after approval. We may reject, delay, label or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, prevent spam or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Published comments and replies may remain on the website.
Once approved and published, comments and replies may remain available for as long as they continue to form part of the relevant page or discussion, potentially indefinitely. You can delete your own published comments and replies using the deletion option provided with your account. You may also ask us to remove content you submitted by using our Contact page. Removal requests and any related personal-data requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Reviews, comments & content rules
Content you submit must be genuine, relevant and lawful.
Reviews, comments and replies are intended for publication once approved. Private complaints about this website should be sent through the Contact page.
Be genuine about your experience
Do not submit a fabricated review, pretend to be a customer or skier when you are not, create misleading comments or replies, or arrange for somebody else to create false content on your behalf.
Keep claims relevant and honest
Your review, comment or reply should relate to the page, resort, holiday company, service or discussion in which it appears and should reflect your genuine experience or opinion. Do not knowingly include false factual claims.
Disclose any incentive or material connection
If you received payment, a free product or trip, a discount, gift or another benefit connected to a review, comment or reply, you must disclose it clearly where relevant. We do not permit concealed incentivised reviews or incentives conditional on leaving a positive review, comment, rating or particular opinion.
Critical opinions are allowed
We do not remove genuine, relevant and lawful content simply because it is negative or critical. Positive and negative submissions may both be subject to checks, moderation and the same content rules.
Do not post unlawful or harmful material
Do not include threats, harassment, hate, unlawful discrimination, malware, spam, private personal data, material you do not have the right to publish or content that is otherwise unlawful.
Do not disguise a business connection
Do not review, comment on or reply about your own business, a business you work for or a business you are materially connected to as though you were an independent customer. Any relevant connection must be clearly disclosed.
We may take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent and remove fake reviews, concealed incentivised content, spam and false or misleading information. Those steps may include reviewing submission information, asking for additional information where reasonably needed to assess authenticity, and applying moderation before or after publication.
Genuine negative or critical content is not removed, withheld or delayed simply because it is negative or disagrees with our editorial verdict. We apply the same content rules to positive and negative submissions.
Where we display a customer-review average, count or aggregate rating, it is intended to represent customer feedback accepted under these review rules. It is separate from any Find Cheap Ski Holidays editorial score, and our editorial score is not presented as though it were a customer average.
By submitting content for publication, including a review, comment or reply, you give FindCheapEverything Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, publish and format that content for the website. You keep ownership of your content. Formatting for display does not give us permission to change the substance or meaning of what you submitted.
Only submit content you have the right to publish. Do not include someone else's copyrighted material, confidential information or personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
8. Prohibited use
Do not misuse the website, its accounts or its user-content features.
The restrictions below apply to security abuse, fake activity, reviews, comments, replies, unlawful content and other misuse.
Security attacks
Do not introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, attack accounts or interfere with hosting or site security.
Spam & automation abuse
Do not send bulk unsolicited submissions, create fake accounts, overload forms or use automation in a way that disrupts the website or other users.
Fake review activity
Do not buy, sell, commission, arrange, submit, facilitate or knowingly assist the publication of fake reviews, concealed incentivised reviews or false or misleading review information.
Data harvesting
Do not harvest personal information, account data or user details from the site for unsolicited marketing, profiling or another unlawful purpose.
Misrepresentation
Do not falsely suggest that you represent Find Cheap Ski Holidays, a travel provider, another user or reviewer, or any other person or organisation.
Unlawful content
Do not use the website to publish or transmit material that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, threatening or otherwise prohibited by these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The site's original content, design and branding are protected.
Third-party names, logos, maps, photographs and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Unless stated otherwise, FindCheapEverything Ltd owns or is licensed to use the intellectual-property rights in the original text, layout, graphics, branding, editorial scoring presentation, website design and other content created for Find Cheap Ski Holidays.
You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may also link to our public pages in a fair and lawful way.
You may not reproduce substantial parts of the website, republish our articles as your own, remove attribution, create misleading copies, sell our content, or use our branding to imply endorsement without permission, except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you. Rights in user-submitted reviews, comments, replies and other content remain with their respective authors subject to the publication licence set out above.
10. Website availability & changes
We may update the website and these terms.
Pages, features and terms may change as the site, law or our services develop.
We may add, remove, update, reorganise or temporarily suspend pages or features for maintenance, security, legal, editorial or operational reasons.
Editorial ratings, category scores and verdicts may also change when current facts, products, policies, evidence or our published methodology materially change.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, accounts, forms, links or other features.
Updated terms apply from the date they are published. Changes do not remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Responsibility & liability
Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Our responsibility relates to this website and the legal duties we owe in operating it.
Liability we cannot exclude
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory rights and other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
If we breach a legal duty owed to you, we remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.
Third-party travel services
Independent travel companies, resorts, airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers are responsible for the services they provide.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, booking performance or changes they make to their own services.
If you use the website as a consumer, we do not seek to exclude liability for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of a legal duty owed to you. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach.
If you use the website wholly or mainly for business purposes, you are responsible for assessing whether the information is suitable for that business use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of business profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill arising from business use of this free consumer-facing website.

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply so far as the law allows. A delay by us in enforcing a term does not automatically mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
